So how do you find the joy you once had in triathlon?
- Be BOLD. Challenge yourself to something new. Learn something beyond your comfort zone. Remember when you started triathlon and everything was beyond your comfort zone? Pursue that again!
- Be INTENTIONAL. Be intentional with the relationships you choose be intentional with the races you sign up for, be intentional with where you want to grow and challenge yourself.
- Be GRATEFUL. Gratefulness is the antidote to discontentment. Lean into a mindset of gratefulness. Be grateful for how much you’ve changed, be grateful for how your mind has grown and how your body can move. Be grateful for the travel that triathlon brings, and the relationships you discovered along the way. We guarantee if you begin to lean into gratefulness you will discover your joy!
